Rosettes: 4 bright white dots arranged in a square (not specific to SCC's - can be seen in AK's, chronic sun damaged skin etc.)
Yellow Scale: White to yellow and flaky. Correlates histologically to hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis
vs crust which is yellow/orange, dried serum or blood
White Circles: White circles are an important dermoscopic clue for SCC and keratoacanthoma.
Bright white circles surrounding follicular openings
Highly specific for SCC and keratoacanthoma
May contain a central yellow-orange keratin plug
