Spoke wheel structures: radial lines that meet at a central dot or oval structure

Concentric circle: dark area with fuzzy halo around it

Note the background sun damaged telangiectasias are hazy compared to the crisp arborizing vessels seen in BCC's

Blue or multiple blue or blue gray globular like structures: well circumscribed round to oval structures blue to blue-gray. Histologically correlates to a nodular or micronodular BCC
